Rentals Reservations:

Refund Policy:

  • Text us your cancellation request at least 24 hours before the start of your rental a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Cancellation or changes to your reservation requested within 24 hours to 2 hours before your rental start time will receive a store full credit to rebook on a new date.

  • Reservation changes or cancellations made within 2 hours of your rental start time will receive no refund or credit. We are small seasonal family business, canceling within 2 hours does not allow us much time to re-book your boat(s).

  • No shows will receive no refund or credit.

Rain & Foul Weather Policy

We monitor the weather constantly. If any tour or rental is entirely cancelled by us due to dangerous weather a 100% store credit or refund will be issued, customers choice.
We will be remain open during rain but will cancel reservations if lighting becomes a threat to our guest.

 

Guides Tours & Outings

Single Day Tours

Full Flavor Tour/Twilight & Moonlight Paddles:

Refund Policy:

  • Make your cancellation request 24 hours prior to the start of your tour time a 100% refund will be issued.

  • Within 24 hours of the tour time no refunds or credits will be issued. We are small seasonal business, canceling within 24 hours does not allow us the time to re-book your spot.

Multi-day Trips

Overnight guided camping trips

Confirm your cancellation with us:

  • Two weeks before the trip a 100% refund will be given.

  • Two weeks to one week from the trip date only a 50% refunded will be given.

  • Within one week from the trip date no refund will be given.

 

Canoe and Trail Adventures reserves the right to change tour and outing locations if water level or weather restrict the original plans. This rarely happens and all participants will be notified if a change may be possible. 100% credit or refund will be given to anyone who can not make the outing due to the change in location.
